Adjustable beds are very helpful if you suffer from back pain or have trouble sleeping. An adjustable bed allows the head and foot sections to raise and lower, which have many medical benefits. After you purchase your adjustable bed you may want to consider purchasing sheets that are specially designed for your adjustable beds.

If you use a normal set of sheet like you might buy at a department store, then you might not be getting the most out of your adjustable bed. This is because standard sheets are not designed to stay on the bed when it moves. They will be fine when the bed is in a flat position, but as soon as you raise the head or foot section, the sheets will likely come off. Sheets that are made especially for adjustable beds will not come off as the beds move. You should try to find sheets that at least have a thread count of 200. As a rule of thumb the higher the thread count, the softer the sheets feel, and sheets with a 200 thread count are very comfortable.

It may also be a good idea to purchase a comforter that is designed for your bed model. They will be larger than a normal comforter and are very luxurious.
